For total surface cleaning and etching, simply apply product to substrate to be cleaned and spread with stiff broom. Saturate the entire surface and allow to "etch" for approximately thirty (30) minutes. Rinse with clean water. Rinsing with hot, high pressure water will expedite contamination removal, but is not necessary in most cases.

A test patch is the best method to determine proper dilution rates. Full strength applications may damage architectural surfaces but may be required for hard to clean areas. For daily cleaning, the product may be diluted 1:1 or more with clean water.

Interior cleaning is usually accomplished in a "controlled" manner. Normally, the degreaser is applied sparingly to allow easier clean-up, unless the interior surface can be rinsed with high pressure water similar to exterior surface. Floors are normally mopped and rinsed in the same manner as standard cleaning. Normal care and protection procedures should be followed when working indoors.
