- Determination
of Crack Sealing Capabilities of Evercrete Deep Penetrating Sealer
(DPS) tested in accordance with modified AASHTO T259
Results: Concrete treated with Evercrete DPS and tested
in accordance with modified AASHTO T 259 showed to have crack
sealing capabilities of sealing cracks ranging from 0.5 - 0.3mm.
- Determination
of Concrete's Ability to Resist Chloride Ion Penetration tested
in accordance with ASTM C1202 - 91
Results: Concrete tested in accordance with ASTM C1202-91
and treated with Evercrete DPS showed a 600% (or 6 times) greater
resistance to chloride ion penetration than untreated concrete.
- Determination
of Effectiveness of Penetrating Concrete Sealers by Water Absorption
in accordance with AASHTO Designation TP50-95
Result: Concrete treated with Evercrete DPS and tested
in accordance with AASHTO TP50-95 was classified a "Good
Sealer". "Good Sealer" is the top classification
for best performance of a waterproofing sealer.

Results: Evercrete Deep Penetrating Sealer (DPS) complies
with the requirements for Concrete Sealers when tested in accordance

Department of Transportation (VDOT) - Approves Evercrete as a
Concrete Road and Bridge Waterproofer
Result: Concrete treated with Evercrete DPS, was evaluated
and passed the Virginia Department of Transportation's requirements
for a concrete coating for road and bridge decks, columns and
parapets.

of Reduction in Water Absorption.
Alberta Transport and Utilities, Bridge Materials, Test Procedure

Results: Concrete treated with Evercrete DPS produced a
reduction in water uptake of more than 83%.

Results: Concrete treated with Evercrete DPS provides a
significant improvement in the concrete permeability and absorption
of more than 99%.

Results: Concrete treated with Evercrete DPS shows a penetration
into concrete of more than 2cm to create a waterproof barrier.

during Freeze /Thaw Conditions - Tested in accordance with ASTM
C672/C 672N-03
Results: Concrete tested in accordance with ASTM C672/C
672N-03 and treated with Evercrete DPS showed a 400% (or 4 times)
greater resistance to scaling of concrete when exposed to de-icing
chemicals, salt and moisture contamination during Freeze/ Thaw
conditions.

of more than 30% in the compressive strength of the treated concrete.

of Water Retention by Concrete Curing Materials ASTM C156-03
Results: Concrete treated with Evercrete DPS will act as
a curing agent as it reduces the loss of water in concrete by
more than 60%, as well as the reduction of formation of hairline
cracks and spot drying.
