How to Apply Evercrete Top Seal
  1. Do not dilute or mix Evercrete Top Seal with other liquids. Use only as supplied.
  2. Excessive application of Evercrete Top Seal may in some cases slightly alter the surface color. Always test on a small area before using.
  3. One coat application.
  4. Make sure that the area to be treated is dry.
  5. Do not apply to glass, glazed surfaces, or aluminium as etching will occur. In case of accidental contact, immediately rinse thoroughly with water.
  6. Shake well and apply liberally using brush, roller or spray to saturate the area.
  7. On walls, apply from the bottom up.
  8. On floors, apply Evercrete Top Seal so that the surface has a mirror wet look. Do not allow ponding.
  9. Recommended coverage 15-35m2 (approx.150-350 sq.ft.) per gallon (one coat). The coverage depends on the porosity of the surface treated and the surface absorption.
  10. Top Seal is not meant to fill or seal visible cracks.
  11. In areas where foreign matter such as grease or oil have penetrated below the surface, use an appropriate cleaning agent (for instance Evercrete Deep Clean), and allow to dry thoroughly.
  12. Limited foot traffic is permissible after four hours. Keep dry for at least 72 hours for full curing.
  13. Clean equipment with water.
  14. Excess Top Seal will result in white dry powder on the surface and can be removed with dry cloth.
